This weeks WIB meeting I had the pleasure speaking with Genesis Vaquero where she helped us learn to transition from a fixed to a growth mindset. Her advice truly stuck with me on how affirmations will allow you to improve work ethic. It was great advice for many college students who fall under the category where as they feel their work isn't enough or simply don't believe in themselves. Every student can lead, reach their full potential, and help make the world a better place. Leaders create change and plant hope for future generations. Today, we face greater challenges and need hope more than ever. Now is the time to lead. It is now or never. We do not have all the time in the world, which is why we must act today and create leaders that will be the change-makers of the future.
